Hedy Grès Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 11584827. Our registered address is 265-269 Kingston Rd, London SW19 3NW.. From now on, we will refer to Hedy Grès Limited as “Shop Hedy Grès” or “we” for simplicity.
Registering An Account
To use some of our services and features via shophedygres.com, you need to register an account. You can make changes by logging into your account, or if you need a hand, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For security and peace of mind, please create an account password that is unique and kept somewhere secure. If you worry that there’s been a breach of security to a credit card or payment method associated with your account, or that your account has been used without authorisation, then contact us immediately and we’ll freeze it for safety.
Making A Purchase
In order to help us process your orders smoothly, your account must be created with your real name, up to date contact and delivery details, and other relevant information relating to billing and delivery. When you confirm your outfit choices during checkout, this means you are confirming that the payment card being used belongs to you, or you have been given direct and explicit permission by the owner of that card to use it. You can place orders via PayPal or on cards issued in the U.K, including debit and credit cards provided by MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
Our checkout process security checks your card to help prevent fraud. However, if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment during this process - for whatever reason they see fit - it might delay your scheduled delivery. We’re sorry when this kind of thing happens, but as it is out of our control we can’t be liable for it delaying your order, or even refusing to deliver it. When you need to do anything to help us process your order, we’ll email you.
Acceptance of Your Order
When you’ve checked out, and we’ve received your email, we’ll email to let you know. Delivery will be arranged as requested and your order will be dispatched. The contract between you and Hedy Grès Limited will be completed when you have received your order. Any items not included in your dispatch confirmation email will not be included in your contract.
If we are unable to authorise payment for the order, there are unforeseen delivery issues that are out of our control with our courier partners, an item goes out of stock or does not qualify as fit for sale and is thus withdrawn, we will not accept your order for the item in question. Equally, if you as a client do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our TOS, then we will not accept your order.
All prices on the Site are shown in GBP and are on sale. They are inclusive of VAT and do not include delivery charges. All prices and any associated promotional offers will remain valid only as long as advertised. We will not match promotional prices by our brand partners or third party sellers. This relates to any form of compensation for the reduction in the price of an ordered item. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you, however, the price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted. Orders placed with a discount or promotion on the original price are subject to terms and conditions, and exclusions may apply. You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.
Portrayal of Products
We are meticulous with product representation and photography is of the highest standards. Sometimes we colour correct items we do not believe an image has captured the colour accurately (this happens in natural daylight and sometimes in studios too). We give each item we curate a full test out - we stretch, measure and try on everything to make sure what we say about a product is accurate.
However, slight variations in colour and the way fabrics are shown can vary, despite our best efforts. This is because they’re open to opinion, and the calibration of your device’s settings will vary. You’re able to return anything to us with peace of mind, so long as it’s in the condition we sent it to you.
Delivery takes between 1-3 days and may increase during busy seasons, like Christmas. We will let you know what’s happening as soon as we do with deliveries over the holidays, and whilst we do not have our fleet of reindeers and little helpers, we use Yodel as delivery partners who work hard to get your beautiful outfit to you in the easiest, breeziest way. Annoyingly, despite this our delivery partner can’t control everything, and hold-ups may still happen due to internal or third-party delays.
You can choose not to receive your outfit and cancel your delivery up until 10am on the morning of dispatch. Simply email email@example.com with the subject line “Cancellation of Outfit Dispatch” and we’ll sort that for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
At Hedy Grès Limited we are 100% committed to getting the best outfit to you. If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
We need everything that we send you, sent back to us as if new - so no bronzer scrapes, mascara marks or deodorant scuffs, please. We need it back good as new in what’s called a “saleable condition” (clean and undamaged, with tags attached and wrapped nicely in the tissue paper ready for someone else). This does not affect your statutory rights.
As soon as we get your order back, we will refund you for your purchase. We can only refund the amount back onto the original payment method and it may take up to 7 days for you to see the refunded amount back into your account.
Hedy Grès Limited makes no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms (whether express or implied) in relation to the provision of the site, including without limitation as to completeness, accuracy and currency or any content and information on the site, or as to satisfactory quality, or fitness for particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which we may otherwise have to you as a result of any error or inaccuracies in any information or material within or relating to the Site; the unavailability of the Site for whatsoever reason; and any representation or statement made on the Site.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered (including without limitation direct or indirect losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site (including the downloading or any software, program or information). We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for any fraudulent misrepresentation made by us on the site or for any other statutory rights which are not capable of being excluded.
The Website, and all the information and graphic representations or images on it (“Content”), are owned by, or licensed to Hedy Grès. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Content are the sole and exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may view the Website on your computer screen and print the Content on your printer for your personal and non-commercial use only.
Without written consent from us, you may not use, transfer, copy or reproduce any part of the Content, the Website or its source HTML code in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, except for the sole purpose of viewing its content. This includes electronic reproduction by uploading or downloading.
You warrant that it is legal for you to view this site in the jurisdiction to which you are subject. You are responsible for compliance with all laws of that jurisdiction, in viewing or using the Content supplied by the Company.
